Despite the second F1 race around the corner the controversy surrounding the customer cars continues. Spyker have raised the case in the courts and with the Malaysian Stewards to try and prevent both Toro Rosso and Super Aguri from racing, and the Stewards, the FIA and Ecclestone have responded.
